I can't believe I heard "sink rate, sink rate" below 500' AGL and then "50" even before the aircraft was at the runway threshold. So much for stable approach criteria. Sad.
Unstable approach, made it to the extended centerline at 100 feet, crossed the threshold at 10 feet. Pilots like this give us in business aviation a bad name. AIN should take this video down.

Nice. I’m assuming there are restrictions on overflying the island. Normally you wouldn’t be making turns to final that close in.
