If Root side ( plate) forgot to write in cswip 3.1 exams " All dimensions are in mm" . Can they pass or not or how consider? Please guide me.

See it's depends on the examiner, as the face side it is ok, means you written all dimensions are in mm. So as per my experience if you are not written same in root side, they will cut some marks. Not full. I think u got it.

Can i take revaluetion for that paper it can give pass mark for me?

Reevaluation will not give you any advantages, you should attend the next exam schedule for this particular plate practical and need to pass marks to get the certificate.
