what are the condition to select 1 miter weld,2 convex weld 3 concave weld and how these three can be welded to achieve required shape as in practice it is difficult to get these three varied shapes
you don't need to remember every factor, just calculate this :- cos(max angle/2) ex:- cos(90/2) = 0.707 cos(100/2) = 0.642 cos(106/2) = 0.601 cos(113/2) = 0.551 cos(120/2) = 0.5 😉

Sir can you please tell me how to achieve throat thickness in SAW in 1F position? If I try to achieve it my leg length increases.
