How much should you charge for training design?

It's one of the million-dollar questions, and as you would expect, it doesn't have a simple answer! BUT training design is a vital part of the service you provide and it shouldn't be undervalued.
If you earn your money through delivery, it might be a negotiation point, but it should never be ignored.
