The blast sound is a cue. - If you react simultaneously you may still get hit. - If you react a second later, you will get hit. - The trick is to wait barely after the blast sound when you visually see the smoke/particles move after the blast... toward you or otherwise to DODGE.

If you are a hoarder like me you'll never use them, just one at the start of difficult bosses to learn the move sets. - Don't be shy stay on him, learn your boundaries. He is a big bear, but the light-light combo + heavy strike staggers him alot. - Use Spirit summons ( I only got one off ) - Use fire transform, this changes your health pool to the fire summon health pool, beware if you were low on heath before, when you detransition you will be back to low health and can get one hit again. - watch your freeze spell, it comes up frequently, I think I froze the bear 3 or 4 times. This is massive for free damage, OR if you are almost dead get a drink off. - If you are almost dead and no healing left ... you're probably dead, but who cares now. You have nothing to lose. Practice perfect dodges, find windows to do damage. The bear sometimes has combos that seem to go on forever, but when he rests... that is your chance. Anyway... GOOD LUCK!

So all yall who can't get by this dude, don't stress....LOOK at vids these guys put up. Their opps will completely disregard certain moves they do with us. They won't be as powerful and ur characters are often weaker. LOOK at the videos, don't just watch them.
No. There are hints in every enemy move. They are telegraphed. When the bear is in the second stage, do what I say... hear the pop, and then dodge. You will not get hit. If you can't get hit, it is a simple game of chipping off their health
wait a gd min, how do u have five transformations in chapter 1 and what armor and staff is that ? cuz i searched everything twice maybe three times ,all i have is 2 transform and basic armor, all these videos about this game are weird cuz everybody is these weird armors and have all these skills and transform that i dont have! kinda pissing me of

I've died to this bear for the last 4 hours. Get him down to almost no health and then he just decides the fight is over and obliterates me
What’s crazy is I had an easier time with this guy than the snake boss. Bear took me like 4 or 5 tries and the snake took me like 2.5 hours lol

It took me about 5 try’s honestly if you just slow down and read the movements the game becomes so easy

Another option is to use the freeze spell when he turns into the cloud mist, it breaks it.

I've tried countless times against this bear and failed I get his health less than a quarter and he does his flame disappearing shit and kills me
For the disappearing stage, after the pop noise dodge left or right

This boss is a load of garbage, he starts off really easy. Then, when you almost finish him, he does a bunch of moves out of nowhere that can kill you
Look what I did when he is in the Black Wind mode. Dodge after the popping noise (but not immediately, give it time to reach you).
