  • SPECIAL POWER OF COURT
    IN ANY PROCEEDING DOING COMPLETE JUSTICE IS ULTIMATE GOAL AND BY THE JUDGE REMAINING DORMANT THAT GOAL CANNOT BE ACHIEVED. Therefore, the need is that the judge shall pay a participative role in order to extract the truth of facts such proceeding will be called inquisitorial proceedings.
    According to Bentham Such questions are called Evidence of Evidence
    These questions are also called Indicative Evidence, that indicate the truthfulness of the Evidence.

    Super, you have described each and every things in a very easy way and best part of this video is 'case laws'
    One suggestion if u can implement, you may also tell us case details i.e. - AIR / RLW etc., Page no, Court name, year so that we can download and read the same for more clarification becoz it is not possible to describe each and every fact related to case laws in a video.

    Madam. If complainant called and filed ex in chief of complainant. But such chief has nt conducted and defence started cross. Will it effect.. The case.. Reply

      Yes, if complainant filed examination in chief in writing before court. it has the same effect as it was recorded before court.
      The same thing mostly done under a complaint case of 138 of NI Act.

      Madam did u have any update recently centre decidng ni act shall be decriminalised it will be matter of civil. Not criminal..
