Professor, many thanks for the video. I am concerned about those questions which committee ask which are neither related to your research work nor you can remember. They will ask questions opposite to your background. In that case, what should be done?
Well you have to answer the questions to the best of your ability. In case you are completely at a loss, you can say that you need to do research on that area and then you will be able to answer. Or you would find someone to collaborate with to address that question as you are not an expert in that area. If you have any specific questions in mind, please write in the comments.

Sir i have a question, if there are two candidates in which one is phd holder and other is only NET qualified. Regardless of the performance during interview, who have the higher chance of getting shortlisted.
PhD will help in most cases. But interview performance also matters. It also matters if the institution is teaching oriented or also does research. The quality and university of the PhD degree versus the masters degree of the candidate, and communication skills also matter. If you are hiring for a teacher role, ability to talk and explain concepts in class will be key and if the PhD is not good at that then that can hinder him or her. A good piece of information. Thank you Professor. If you can kindly suggest some dress code (if any) for interview, it will be of great help for us.
Formal shirt and pants with tie is a good idea. A coat adds seriousness. A suit is also ok.
