Your patience has been rewarded by chance! So difficult to find matching, reasonably priced passenger rolling stock to accompany our non-Teutonic locomotives. My four Belgian motive power must continue to be otherwise content
Very nice vintage layout. The Ae3/6 II is a very nice Swiss loco. But it’s topspeed was only 100 km/u and yours is speeding way yo high. When slowing down the loco, it looks much better. Enjoy 😊
The transformer was only at 100-110... any slower and the loco would have stopped in some places. Beauty of analogue operations. You can always slow down the video 😉 Thanks for the visit.
Awesome models! But i have a question, I want to buy a NS-1200 (blue) or an NS-1100 (Blue-yellow) They go for aurond 200 Euros (1200) With Box and 100 euros (1100) with box, are these prices different in the UK? Maybe its just that in the netherlands they are more expensive because they are dutch trains? What is a fairly "normal"Price in the UK?
Thanks. I buy most of my stuff from outside the UK so cannot say. There is no rule, but in general, items sold by professional sellers in the UK are genrally more expensive here than they are on the continent. If you are looking at analogue models, I think you should be able to find a good 1200 at around 120 euros and an 1100 for about 80. Early examples of the 1200 fetch higher prices. More recent digital models will be around the prices you mentioned.
Beautiful Models. Awesome train rides. 👍👍

yep, a bit difficult... And looking at the marklin catalogues of the times, it is as if the only things used on Belgian railways were sleeping cars :)
