EDITOR'S NOTE: at about the 7 and a half minute mark I start talking about the lengths of trips for a Subaru; I should correct myself and say I was talking about 2-3 month long trips, not 2 weeks! The Subaru (and by extension the FrontRunner rack) are more than capable of going on multi-month trips and I think I was referring to trails like the Rubicon where a Subaru can't really go. Anyway, carry on!
it's Frontrunner as well (I believe it's named the "wind fairing" deflector now if you go on the website); It's actually pretty easy to install. But like the roof rack I'd wait till it goes on sale if you can; usually get a pretty good discount

Thanks for the review. We are working on developing more clear instructions. We appreciate your feedback.
Be curious to know if the mounting brackets mar or scratch the OEM rails.
Do they even still sell this?
Can you mount a roof top tent on this roof rack?
Where did you get the wind deflector from?

What size wind fairing did you end up getting?
