Sir a question on gate 2011 -1 marks I don't know the set. where we had 3 links connected to ground and a single link above connecting the three equally spaced. The DOF there was according to loop method is 0. Two loops are formed and 5 links are present that corresponds to 5-(2*2+1)= 0. But that solution in the madeeasy book is 1. Thats is L=4, J=4, H=0, DOF=3(4-1)-2*4-0 which is 9-8 =1. What's your explanation on this.
