Interesting slant you got there. I learned to graft by accident. My lawnmower accidentally swiped a lower lemon branch with three nice looking 20 mm lemon fruits. I quickly cleaned the cuts, put them back together in a splint, secured it with zip ties and supported the branch using a garden chair. It worked nicely. I saved three big fat lemons into lemonade.
Excellent. I learned how to air layer from your videos and had about ten successful trees from that technique. I have some Meyers lemons I want to graft this year. and maybe a Paw Paw. Thanks Ross! You're more than a "fig boss!"
Fig trees are SO hard for me to grow. I want to be a fig boss too! I can graft bit never tried on an fig. Mine almost died this year. Still, i learned to never give up on a fig tree because even if they look dead, they usually arent. Still cant get them to grow properly
