@@patthenry3568 I live in Denmark, when I get my kittens vaccinated and nutered they also get a tatoo in each ear. You can choose gren or black ink. The vet has thre letters like fx. ABC, the first letter is the year of the tatoo, and then the cat get the next number in the line like 270 so now it has a tatoo that says ABC270 in each ear it is registered at the cat register by the vet and there is another place (forgot the name) where you can register too, all registration is free, you pay to get the tatoo offcourse. If your cat gets lost they can read the tatoo and find you and give you a call that they have found your cat. The tatoo is done why the cat is under and is made with a sort of plyers that have the letters and numbers made with needlepoints, after the plyers are used some ink is rubbed in and thats it. 🤗
I found my dog lost for two years when I read the new listings for the animal shelter in our local paper. Rufus looked like a wolf; the listing said German shepherd; but I had a feeling... When I got to the facility, I saw a German shepherd in the cage. He seemed excited to see me, so I said, "Rufus, sit!". The dog immediately sat. He was my Rufus and the dognappers had shaved his wolf-like fur off! It did grow back, eventually. 🐕🐾❤
Glad he got her back but you always have to check the shelters, pet sites and any other apps that have a section for found or missing or even people trying to find homes for pets since too many people find people's pets but don't look for people missing their babies just for new homes for them. Microchip and keep cats indoors
Thank you for getting your cat back home with you now ok and can say thank you for God being there for you both now ok and now you can say that your home and hearts are together again and your family and friends and everyone and house is back together again ok and I am so happy for you and glad also ok
Cats get out - we have a little escape artist here. And we just had him in for his check-up, and got him _chipped!!!_ Hope Sweet Pei stays safe now that he's home again. Nice to see a happy ending to a lost kitty 💖 Chip that kitty!!!
It is better just to keep them indoors. Other animals will still be out and could infect your kitty with all manner of illnesses. Inside is safest or your beloved babies❤️❤️😻
Sweet story, but who ever wrote this flunked creative writing. When you need that many adjectives, this is not sounding like the real world. Or should I say, "This narrative had me filled with trepidation, pondering the truthfulness of the articulated statements in my wonderment I felt the intrinsic need to question myself and this "writer", ..."
Oh I'm so glad that you found sweet pea and just like peat moss 4415 said you definitely need to get your animal chipped my animals trip he goes anywhere somebody scans him they know my address my phone number and who I am but he never ever goes outside he knows better I trained him with putting my foot in the door and having a little squirt bottle that he can put his nose in the door for air but he cannot go outside but he loves the neighbors dog Little Chihuahua and they play :-* through the door they don't know their dogs and cats they just know they love each other but yes get your beloved Pee Wee chipped if you do then anytime if it happens again God hope it doesn't happen again he will be found immediately and they will contact you and tell you where she is so I'm so glad she's back with you but please get her chipped go back to the vets and get it shipped it's only 5 or 10 bucks and it's so much worth it God bless you Peewee I'm so happy you're home with your dad no sneaking out no more sweetie
You are so right always get your animals tripped and never let them outside unless they are on a harness or whatever you call it leash and they are right with you none of my animals ever went outside except when I had a screened in porch and a locked door for the porch so they couldn't get off the porch it's the only way to keep the animals safe thank you for your post I hope that a lot of people look at your post and they ran out and get their animals shipped
Thumbs Down! I call BS on this BS. The guy didn't go to the shelter to home a new cat, no.... he had gone to the shelter to see if they had Pei. He brought home the cat he was looking for, but that wouldn't make such great Click Bait would it? What's you next idea for a video, to go out and get a perfectly healthy kitten, and then cut it up and beat it really bad so you can turn it into a Rescue Video. What a tangles web UA-cam Creators weave, after first they practice to deceive.
@@peatmoss4415 Hey, I can be happy, but you need to understand that there is a lot of animal abuse doing in in the production of Pet Rescue Videos.... rescuing cats and dogs that they hurt themselves. Then they ask fo0r donations so they can stay in business doing the same thing. They make money off of UA-cam and get to keep all the donations that don't go to the Vet Hospitals, that should blow the whistle on this obvious abuse, but they're making money too. And it all starts with not telling the truth in these stories, Think about the story we hear here.... they guy was moving heaven and earth to find his cat, but somehow he NEVER thought of dropping by the local kennels and rescue organizations. Yeah, you want to be happy about some BS story, but I would have been happy if they had only told the Truth, that he lost his cat and then did the logical thing of calling the Kennel and they said, yeap, we got your cat, and we would have called you but you never got your cat chipped. So, yeah, thumbs down on you for wanting me to be as silly as you seem to be.
@@tgirl678 Yeah, the guy was apparently flipping over Heaven and Earth to find his cat, and then we are supposed to believe that he wouldn't stop by the local Animal Pound. Of course... that would have been his next stop after combing every inch within a half mile of his house. I remember when my Franky Blue Boy got closed between the main door and the screen door and then got out through a rust hole in the screen door. I got nervous and so I counted my cats and came up short one Franky Blue and so I ran out the door in just my slippers, boxer shorts and tee shirt and covered the half mile radius, yelling "Franky Franky. At the foot of a cliff close to home, I heard these chirpy noises. Well, Franky is a quiet boy and so I really didn't know what he sounds like, except that on the say when I met him, he ran up behind me making some funny chirpy sound and I turned around, not expecting to see a beautiful little Blue Tux Kitten, and so I thought, well, what else could it be,and so I started climbing a cliff, wearing slippers, and Franky came out on the ledge, and I convinced him to climb out on my head so I could bring him down. But, yeah, there were some boonie dogs ('feral dogs' in Islandese) in the neighborhood that apparently chased him up the trees at the foot of the cliff, and then he jumped from the tree branches to the top of the cliff, and then waited for me to come and find him. But, yeah, losing a cat is something we Cat People worry about.
Surprising what a microchip could have done so much sooner. Microchip your pets folks!!
Or at least a registered ear tatoo.
@@GreblavHow's that done? Never heard of that for domesticated littles. Just livestock. Do vets do that?

These. AI regurgitations of local news story clips and/or Dodo uploads are just insufferable. I clicked on this one by accident.

Did he adopt another cat as well?
This isn't a happy story folks. Get your pet chipped and don't let it outside without supervision.
