I predicted this like 2 years ago. I said that internet would be so fast that processing could be done remotely and streamed to our devices as if it were running locally. Video editing and music production would no longer require beefy computers.

A little innocent fascination with new technologies can be a good thing, especially for those of us who don’t work in the tech field. But you’re probably light years ahead of me already, with tools and toys that I couldn’t even imagine.
@@micah_noel it's just that running apps remotely and receiving the results has been a thing for way longer than 2 years, lol. People with the money to pay for that has been using it for years to play AAA games without graphics card and more.

FL Studio has their “cloud” or whatever but I honestly don’t even know what it is or what it allows the user to do. I’m currently running out of storage space on my devices so cloud storage is obviously an option. But when my old i7 with 16G of RAM can’t play heavily layered Omnisphere patches without overloading, do I really have any options other than to get a better computer?
@@ronilevarez901 And I’m still battling the 6ms latency of a midi keyboard connected directly to my computer, which tons of musicians struggle with every day even when they’ve heavily invested in professional gear. Why would I suspect that better technology is already available?
Although it may be a fair hourly price and at least cheaper than what I have paid elsewhere for the same remote services, it will still be expensive in the long run if you use it a lot, like every day, all the time (you still have to wait for generations to complete). Therefore, it's much better with monthly subscriptions with free use, without having to worry about time consumption. I have learned that by now.
Reminds me of aws ec2 instance. But with a gui. They may even be using it in the background. But this is more user friendly. An aws ec2 instance you need some scripting / programming know how and eventually you can have the same thing but I like this idea. Seems like something google or Amazon should have in addition to ec2

This is quite interesting, for me the problem is more the ridiculous censorship, how is this on it. Working on a movie I keep getting slapped in the face working on my post apocalyptic Samurai Girl vampire movie.companies like Leonardo have gotten way out of hand with their religious hatred of women and the female form.

I just asked them this specific question. Yearly brings it down to around 20 cents an hour.

As far as I know, there aren't limits to the types of models you can run on the platform.
