Is it possible to get higher chance to get a better card or chase? Like wemby or autograph , in ur opinion if i want buy panini nba hoops 2023-24, which one is better? Good question, for the lower priced products I think the only better thing with hobby is that you get a guaranteed autograph, but these can be bad. If you want some cool cards I would go retail! Especially for hoops!
