Coming from someone who works daily with trauma clients, I was super impressed by how well you explained it. Your presentation style genuine and caring. Well done! : )

    You nailed it again! :)
So damn right… I fell from a cliff with my health after a big trauma in 2014, like my immune system switched off, crashed or abandoned me and all pathogens got to party for years afterwards leading to over 50 symptoms!
EMDR helped me so much during my year long naturopathic treatment, blessings ❤️

My enjoyment and appreciation of these short talks is seriously hampered by the background noise which I cannot call music, but is a very distracting jangle to the ears.
Is it perhaps deliberate and simply intended to increase our dysphoria and foster dependency?
It is both unnecessary and cruel; please have some respect for the sensitivity of the listener as well as the effort of the speaker.

Hi! Thanks for the feedback, it's by no means maliciously intended but we'll of course feed this back to the production team!
