    Most of the Europeans and Russians who are very rich, they don’t show their houses.
    They can show their expensive cars on the streets (of course its a car)
    But the more money they have, the less you are gonna know about them and their houses.
    These ones in the video are people who live little bit above average or they are kids from Rich families.

      Actually Navalny has made videos about the mansions of many of the wealthiest people in Russia.
      Rotenberg brother's palaces, one of the biggest mansions in Russia: ua-cam.com/video/CCEXuvAO8JE/v-deo.htmlm12s
      Shuvalov's Palace: ua-cam.com/video/rbRoZyuOijk/v-deo.htmlm43s

      Usmanov's villa: ua-cam.com/video/xn0Ah0J5p5Y/v-deo.htmlm38s
      There's no hiding in Russia, with drones you can legally record any mansion. Even the Google street view cars entered in some of these places some years ago, but the owners of the mansions demanded google to remove them.

На деле это такая же махинация, как и измерение дохода по валютному обменному курсу, а не по паритету покупательной способности. The average salary in the Russian Federation is about 40 thousand rubles (~ $ 620), but in fact the majority (except Moscow) have a salary of $ 500 or less. I would like to live in the suburbs possibly so which part in relation to the city is generally ideal? I was thinking north west of the city center would be a possible location but I really don’t where I can find something nice. I want to live in a community that isn’t super rich like Бугатти as they say but moderately wealthy like a house worth maybe USD 600-900K. I don’t even know where to start looking at all.

Also an increased divide between people,and underclass will always exist and they are entirely pushed out of those kind of suburbs. But most of all they try to reinvent the wheel for the second time. There is a near infinite number of villages and cities in Europe that have organically evolved over hundreds of years to best suit human interaction. Suburbs are mostly an insult and opposite to that. I hate to say this, but there are many more reasons to find on google.

BTW if we were comparing to US/Canada this would look like more middle class. Upper class would not be caught dead in a place like that. They have serious mansions (i.e. Roman Abramovich's house in Long Island NY that costs US $140 million)

    • @alexn4025
      @alexn4025 4 роки тому +2

      The creator of this exaggerated, the apartment and townhouses are middle class at best. The thing is, in the place where he recorded this there are two areas, "Karas'yeozerskiy" which is where the real rich live and they live in these little mansions: i.simpalsmedia.com/forum.md/comments/900x900/9b625841bbb34320bc83ad4d8eca9755.jpg
      And then there is the "Karas'yeozerskiy-2" which is where he recorded the video and where the cheaper townhouses and apartments are located and look like this: www.e1.ru/news/images/new1/413/671/big/2.JPG, but they're much cheaper than the mansions, this guy entered this place recorded only townhouses and claimed it was for the rich. In Yekaterinburg itself there is a place called "KP Palniks" which is where the the real rich people of Yekaterinburg live in, here is a video of the place in case you're interested: ua-cam.com/video/_dr4D5_d5mM/v-deo.html
      Now Moscow is filled with mansions similar to the ones from "KP Palniks", you can find these neighborhoods in every major Russian city but Moscow has an entire region dedicated to this type of mansion, it's like a city for the rich much bigger than the small rich districts found in Yekaterinburg.

      It's cheap because it's outside the city. These communities are usually mixed, 50% of it is usually apartments, 25% are the condos and 25% are single houses and the prices increase accordingly, single houses are the most expensive of course. Russian people like walking around, so living outside the city is not seen positively, specially during winter when the roads turn into skiing lanes.
