  • Dan Prosser and Andrew Frankel are joined by Wheelers Dealer frontman Mike Brewer. The car trader turned television presenter created the show more than 20 years ago, and since then it's become the world's biggest and longest running car TV show.
On Wheeler Dealers, Mike and his master mechanic buy a desirable old car in need of restoration and rebuild it from top to bottom to try and turn a profit. Across almost 300 episodes, Mike has bought and sold classics, hatchbacks, sports cars, supercars, luxury cars and more, and now he's taking Wheeler Dealers around the world.
In this episode he explains why the show is so popular, as well as talking about his past as a car dealer. He also reveals which cars he has at home, including his collection of old Porsches.

I always dreamed of buying a car that they repaired with Edd and appearing in an episode as a buyer, as did Andrew Frankel with 2CV
I was a kid when I first saw this car show. But the problem was that this show often disappeared from TV screens, but despite everything remained popular in Ukraine, although it has not been broadcast for a long time. I remember when Mike bought a Lamborghini and then a truck manufactured by the USSR in Poland for space money, although you could buy such a car in Lviv for 200 miles and get spare parts much cheaper

Why is your volume always so much lower than the rest of UA-cam? Every time.

I bet you couldn’t haggle and get away with it like he does with viewers cars. He’d hate it if you offered him a ridiculous offer on one of his cars.

Mikes full of crap. Ed left because the tv studio said we don't want to see the mechanic explaining stuff. Mike said fine if you don't like that Ed you can go.

Used to love wheeler dealers but since Elvis came in board it seems there is far less time focused on car repairs and more of mike doing his thing. Only tune in if there is nothing else as a result. Real shame.
