I’ve been using Voloom for months and I love it. I first learned about it from The Harmonize Beauty channel. I use it on all my roots at 340. My hair is fine and I don’t have a lot of it. My daughter has fine hair but a lot of it. She loves her Voloom, also.

Texas girl here!! Everything’s Big in Texas- thank you for the hair video’s. I have the same issue with my dark hair. I can’t wait to try it I hate my hair flat at the top. You’ve come up with several hacks to give volume that are genius!. I have stayed away from flat irons because although I like the look it’s flattened the top of my head. Thank you I can’t wait to try

I also have the Voloom and have found that if you spray a little hair spray, let it dry and then tease it a bit before crimping with it, you get more volume. 😘

So pleased to see u review the Voloom as I've been debating whether to get one for ages. I've never found it easy to get big hair but this tool might help. Despite ur hair being fine it always looks amazing Nisha. On a separate note u may have seen we are lockdown again in Sydney with no end in sight to this madness. Work-wise thankfully I haven't been affected too much but the poor travel & hospitality industries have been hurting for over 18mths. It's just heartbreaking.

I started using one of these when we couldn't get to the hairdressers. Just a word of caution. If you have any kind of hair problem (ie not just fine but essentially healthy hair) be very careful with the heat setting because I used mine too hot and it caused damage that's taken months to rectify.

Nisha.. we are crappy hair sisters! Fine, thin, widow peak, and flat head in the back !!! I’ve spent thousands of dollars over my life time with shampoo, mousses, style gadgets and have finally just given up lol. I swear by my Bodify volume spray and Living Proof Volume Shampoo and Volume mousse…and on IDGAS days I wear a ball cap lol. Thanks for the video!! ❤️❤️❤️

Good morning Nisha 😃 i do think that is a clever contraption! My method is in the evening blow drying my hair roughly then putting large Velcro rollers all around the crown and sides, spray with hairspray then leave till I go to bed then take out the sides so I can lay my head down at bedtime and leave the ones in the crown so I’m left with 4 rollers one on the back top crown 2 on either side of the top middle parting and one on the fringe. I get up in the morning straighten the ends then take the rollers out and do all that shuzzhing and a bit of dry Shampoo till I get the effect I want. My hair is longer than yours so it’s not Mega volume cos of the length but it thickens it and it gives me the lift at the root I’m looking for 🙂 we all have our way don’t we 😆 mines not for everyone with the rollers for bed but it saves so much time in the mornings plus the rollers have had a good long time in the hair. Saying all this yours looks perfect the way you do it and I absolutely love it when you put it up 👌☺️

I love that you show us these tools! I'm always interested & looking for the new stuff 😊💗. I recently got the Hot Tools very elongated oval hair dryer and I'm amazed at how it straightens my hair without making it curl under (like a round brush). Saves me from having to use the straightener! I also wonder if the irons with 3 complete barrels are the same as the beachy wave tool from last year's video or if it gives a tighter curl? So many tools, so little ambition... 😁. Thanks for sharing! Xo

Hi Nisha! I have super thick hair and it makes waves naturally. I use a flat iron to straighten my hair regularly. I got a gift recently and it's Thairapy 365 Tri-curl with 3 round tips of different sizes. You have to wrap the hair around it to curl the hair. Sometimes I wish I had fine hair because in the summer heat if I don't tie it up my scalp sweats a lot and it's very unpleasant! xxx

Hi Nisha , Thankyou for showing us the Voloom Volumising iron , I had never seen this before , but I love the colour of this and it does seem to make your hair look thicker at the roots , I also love the crimper as it is not so wide as the iron and with fine hair you can pick up more smaller sections .Your hair looks so much thicker Nisha especially using your back comb and hair spray and I love the colour of your hair , with the darker roots . Now you have done your hair and makeup you are ready to go out somewhere nice ? Enjoy the sunshine Nisha , can’t wait for your next vedio Love from Wendy Long ❌👩🏻‍🦳👱🏻‍♀️

I've got the older, larger Voloom. I stopped using it because even though my hair isn't quite as thin as yours (although it's getting there), I could always see the crimping if my hair shifted at all. I have longer hair so it moves a lot. If I do use it I would have to rat my hair and use a lot of hairspray to cover it. I've seen the small crimpers, I'll have to see if I can find one now.

Hi Nisha. I have a lot of hair but it has it definitely has a mind of it’s own! I never know what it will look like when I wake up every morning ! I gave up styling it as I don’t want to use any heated appliances at all apart from a hairdryer now and again. I must admit,I only have to wash it once a week and my one luxury is visiting my hairdresser once a week for a professional
mask and blow dry as I hate trying to do it myself. Here in Greece,it’s so hot in the summer that I wear it up every day. I admire your techniques with your various appliances but I honestly couldn’t be bothered and I’m wondering if you’ve ever tried any of the Dyson range and if they’re worth their heavy price tag. By the way,I love your lip colour!🌻💛🧡

It’s SO frustrating to spend ages building up body and volume to see it go flat in a matter of minutes 😤. Added to that I can’t use very hot instruments such as straighteners as they do incredible damage to my already delicate hair . The struggle is REAL 🤦🏻‍♀️

Have you tried their 3/4” option (Rootie), specifically designed for fine hair? I’m on the fence about trying it. Some reviewers have had hair breakage from this tool.

I have a little root crimper from a different brand that I have used before I found Voloom and I like the size I have x

@@SugarPuffAndFluff If you bought it again, would you get the pink one you have (1”) or the 3/4” Rootie?

Very lovely! I think it the age in which we grew up that influenced our love of big hair! Nisha... are you a cosmatologist? Do you cut your own hair?

Do you have a video of where you discuss hair products you use? Shampoo/conditioner etc... my hair is thinning and I have zero volume... I feel I’ve tried every product out there...

I have discussed products in many hair videos(I have linked my hair playlist at the end of this video) but I use very little products, I feel like they only weigh my fine hair down. I use Olaplex shampoo and Olaplex moisture mask no8 right now but my usual shampoo and conditioner is Herbal Essences Ignite My colour. and that's it. I have some volumizing products but I feel like they are doing nothing or make my hair worse. Sometimes I use a bit of Olaplex oil on my ends. I think our best friends are hair tools like the Voloom xoxo

I could have sworn that I found a 1/2 inch crimper online, but I can't find it. I just checked Amazon, Target and Walmart. I really wish I could buy one. My hair is fine and flat, too. I'm just not impressed with what the Voloom did for your hair. I don't think it's worth the money.

I think your hair looks to big which can make you look older and such alot of heat not goid

That’s what I think too! You damage your fresh grown hair from the beginning. And everybody is able to see that it’s fake hair. And by the way it’s totally out of fashion, so it makes you look older.
