      Really enjoyed this workout even though had to follow the modifications for quite a few of the cardio moves. Some moves never come across before. 🙅‍♀️

    Even though the 60 min no repeat are hard work, I enjoy them the most. Is it the element of surprise? Is it the challenge of getting an hours work done? I dont know but I absolutely love them💪💪❤️😁😁😘

      I think it’s both! Definitely for me, it’s doing a different move each set. I know I can always push through 1 set of anything 😅

    Woo-hoo Friday complete!! Loved the workout❤️ loved the challenge of 60 min. But tbh when I see that halfway there 1:00 min rest come up, there is the thought of “oh no a whole other workout still has to be done😩😩 ... but it is DONE🙅‍♀️🙅‍♀️🙅‍♀️ can’t believe we are ending the 6 weeks!     Well managed to complete this workout this morning, loved the moves and the inclusion of abs. Still need to concentrate on increasing strength especially the press ups as I can possibly manage a few on my toes but the rest follow the modified version. Thank You Penny

      Get some Velcro wrist wraps. Not expensive and will make a huge difference. Other wise just swap those particular moves out for Bodyweight push-ups and Bentover rows.
