Well managed to complete this workout this morning, loved the moves and the inclusion of abs. Still need to concentrate on increasing strength especially the press ups as I can possibly manage a few on my toes but the rest follow the modified version. Thank You Penny

Get some Velcro wrist wraps. Not expensive and will make a huge difference. Other wise just swap those particular moves out for Bodyweight push-ups and Bentover rows.
