Best smash burgers Potato buns, Gusface mince(iykyk) dusted with SP&G as the patty cooks on the first side, McClures sweet & spicy pickles, jalapeños, hi melt cheese a good BBQ sauce. No salad and no onion either and best of all less prep 👌 Simple and full of flavour 🤷♂️

cooked onion is so old school fish and chip shop plain hamburger, i love it, smashed patty with cooked onion, lettuce, tomato, beetroot and sauce of choice, BBQ or tomato you were asked? on a big arse white bun, the classic 60s and 70s hamburger, those were the days...... still around in some Chippy's. cheers.
