DC - Shooting incident near the convention center around 1 AM, August 12, 2023

D.C. - From a third party characterization, bystanders say they heard three gun shots fired and saw a suspect flee south. Incident happened near the convention center on 7th Street and N Street NW, MPD had roped off the area around 1:00 AM. No injury or death reported. August 12, 2023.
