I'm A+ Certified and enrolled in CCNA Courses ( I'm still in school ) i have yet to get hired because employers don't care if you have A+ or whatever...they ask questions such as do you know ticketing system, office 365 or SCCM. Now I'm watching these videos and hopefully go to next interview with these type of stuff and nail it.

I bought a book online and took the A+ successfully but can't find any jobs. This is a great video, however I do have a bit of constructive criticism. If someone is clicking on a video on ticketing system training, they are probably fully aware of its importance and does not need this point to be stressed to them. Anyway, keep up the good work!

If you're a fresh graduate or a career shifter , and you want to apply as IT helpdesk or service desk, how can you get actual experience in ticketing system?. If you get hired to that job then there's a training right? so they can train you to use ticketing system but why they reject you if you don't have actual experience in ticketing system just familiarity or theories, at first I thought that you can learn ticketing system in the actual job itself,. So my main question is how can you get a ticketing experience, if the company can't hire you because you don't have actual experience in ticketing system, even you're a graduate of IT or computer engineering and you know how to do hardware and software troubleshooting but you don't know ticketing system

Is it me or is his video off a lot. At the end in the Spiceworks, what he is referring too is not displaying. For example, he says, click on User Portal then preview right here and I don't see that on his screen, which is confusing. Did his video stop a bit or freeze?
