1. (TARAS) AYAM RUJAK (Chicken in Spicy Red Curry):
Basically chicken that is cooked with coconut mil and curry spices. The Indonesian curry taste more mellow than Indian curry. This dish is very popular all over Indonesia. Although it is quite spicy it is actually far less spicy than our other dish like Rujak Cingur.
2. (JOSH) IKAN MASAK KECAP (Fish Cooked in Indonesian soy sauce)
Fish soup cooked with kecap (Thick sweet soy sauce). The most popular fish is usually PINDANG or Milk Fish. The taste is very subtle and the sweet taste come from the KECAP.
3. (TARAS) IKAN MASAK PEDAS (Spicy fish)
Look at the number 1 but with IKAN (fish) rather than Ayam (Chicken(
4. ( JOSH) BUBUR KACANG HIJAU (Mung bean in coconut milk)
Mung Bean cooked in sweet coconut milk. Can be served cool or hot. It is a dessert and just like many Indonesian desserts the main flavour is from Pandan leave and Palm Sugar.
5. (TARAS) RENDANG DAGING SAPI (Beef in Coconut curry)
Number one food in the world according to CNN. The taste is very strong because of the fact that Indonesian eat everything with rice.
6. (JOSH) BALADO DAGING SAPI (Beef in Spices)
Made by cooking beef in a mixture of chilliesand spices, the flavor is very strong and generally spicier than other dishes.
7. (TARAS) FRUIT COCKTAIL (Do I really need to explain this?)

Translation: Chicken salad(rujak is salad but full of fruits) seasoning 2:29, Fish cooked with soy sauce 2:39, Spicy fish 4:50, can't really hear because bad pronunciation but it's porridge with something 4:55, Beef Rendang(rendang is a spicy meat dish) 7:30, again - bad pronunciation I only understand Sapi which means cow or beef 7:44, Fish with soy sauce 9:33, those colored drinks are piss and Josh's is Barney piss we are used to drink piss it's really good.
