Does barrel length really matter? lets test the FPS and accuracy on a CO2 revolver. Tested with the 3 versions of the smith and wesson on co2 with 4.5 mm steel bb
Very happy to find a practical comparison of these 3; and a job well done it is. Like your site and looked at (some) of your videos. Like your presentations..clear and concise. Subbed right out of the chute. I hoped to be # 28.0 K but it didn't happen..oh well. Thanks for your work, good luck. USA.
I have the Model 29, 6.5" rifled barrel, DONT BE FOOLED, the .177 rifled section is only 2.75" long, then it opens up to 6mm smooth for 2.9". Currently trying to figure out if I can dismantle it to fit a longer barrel
Actually, better results than I expected. I would like to see you do the exact same test, except using pellets in the Umarex silver shells. Of the three, the 6" is most authentic, but both the 3" and 8.5" are pretty bad ass looking....lol. Cheers from New "Yawk"....😁
Very cool video! The power of the hammer is probably regulated so that the 8 inch version doesn't develop too much power combined with the longer barrel, while it is exactly the opposite for the 3 inch.
The 8 inch looks best on you. Hey...a man needs a long barrel, right? I have the 8 inch as well and it is a dream. Fit, finish, function all five out of five stars. The adjustable sights are easy to dial in. And when you use pellets...which you can shoot in this pistol with no problem you get tighter groups. Liked and subscribed.
Hola amigo Nice vídeo I love them i do Have a question i really like the six and a half revolver can your recomend it to me the replica i Have Heard i'm another videos Bad comenta about the grips that OS a very cheap plastic and doesnt feel good in the hand ,is that true ? Let me know , and thanks and Best regards From Cancún riviera maya México
Thank you for your experiment. You are a good scientist. I am glad that the results confirm what I learned about Physics. Barrel length actually matters. I also made an experiment today, to see how deep under water a 6 mm plastic BB with 0.4 Joule can still be lethal for a tomato. By the way: The 6.5 inch version suits you the best. Matching with your body height. 😅
I was actually wanting a 3" or 6" 4.5mm BB version of this one, but I couldn't find a vendor. Maybe I just didn't look enough? I'm in the U.S. What country are you in?
Very detail. Thank you
