Hey Justin could you post a video on toproll training? explaining the importance of backpressure, pronation and what ever else is involved in toprolling? thanks bro
These are some really great technique-oriented vids. I haven't seen many guys talk about this stuff. What was it that RVJ was complaining about in the setup of your match with him? It sounded like he was telling bart you were rising in the setup? I couldn't understand.
Hey Justin, this is not a drill... on everything I love man. Listen, we lost a Brother. You remember the Alabama State championship on the left arm? Blake Moore was 2nd. This year. He's dead now. I just thought you should know. I seriously appreciate your video on the low hand toproll brother. ❤💯💪
That’s normally a good thing for equalizing arm power. It will help the guy grabbing lower to keep his wrist so if he’s still beating you when he grabs low try sliding your palm further back in his hand. (Assuming i understood the question correctly)
@@BamaBull89 thank you. I had a tournament yesterday and the one guy that beat me was going low on my wrist and jamming hard with his thumb in the setup.
Love the video, but can't help wondering, I seen those tables online and thought they are too good to be true at that price. Are they as good as they look?
I have training partner that uses a high hook move. Sometimes I can crack him if I am faster. The second low hand would work well to stop his cup ? I usually try to outside top roll him and he crushes me most of the time
Welcome aboard 💪💪
I’m going to try and keep it strictly AWing techniques...😈
My man! Love seein you on here! Dope shirt 😉

Lots and lots of work with the wrist wrench and a few other handles

How do you train your fingers? Awesome video👌
justin, when a posting toproll meets a lowhand toproll, which one has the advantage?

Lowhand roll works best for me, have tried hooking, but hooking just hurts me.
How to deal with a big hand dropping low on my wrist.

Yes, they are great but they are heavy so there’s a trade off.
My dudes

Low hand will work if done correctly. It may take a bit before you’re comfortable doing it.
@@BamaBull89 thank you 👌
Yeah man
Bama Bull
Video with shirt off and pencil in ear or it didn't happen. 🤣🤣🤣🤣
