    The other factors in corporate which breaks your confidence are ;-
    1. You have a great idea to implement but your boss makes fun of it and criticizes you and did not give any budget support to implement.
    2. When toxic work culture is there and you are asked to follow a rigid systems which you already know it will not give any results. Then your confidence shatters down

    amazing video... Absoulte best advice for Freshers, as we don't know what to expect and what not to expect in the corporate world. Also can you focus on the technical aspect of a fresher, how should a fresher deal with the pressure if the person doesn't know/like the tech stack he/she is working on ?

    Bottom line is Corporate is run and designed by people in Junior High. To thrive in corporate you have to be good at Junior High. If you are not you need to gain skills and go off on your own . Corporate can kill your confidence and leave you with mental and physical health problems - so be careful there.

    I was laughing at this video in a positive way, I literally saw myself in you. My partner questioned me and didn't support me on going back to school to get an MBA, and also why I left my comfy job that paid me half of what I make now. Along the way, I learned that I only take advice of people who are where I want to be. We have to make sure also to challenge your own doubts.

    *Sir,*
    Are this scenarios like toxic environment and toxic work culture only true in India or is it same across all nations like usa,australia?

    • @sow232
      @sow232 8 місяців тому

      Everywhere you may find it. But , the degree and nature of toxicity may vary. In abroad, it creates an additional challenge to understand the cultural perspectives and to be cognizant of where people are coming from before thinking about the functional skills to execute the job.
      In India, atleast its functional. In abroad, it is more process oriented.

      Why are you investing so much money in a course if your goal is to become an entrepreneur. Start understanding the ecosystem and identifying problems with it and choose one and start solving it. Identify necessary people who you can delegate your work to. Like market research, sales, CA, lawyer
