Best expert MTB trail in Grand Junction, CO - Eagle's Wing

Today I ride two expert level MTB trails in the Lunch Loops region of Grand Junction, Colorado. Following a long climb up to the top of Eagle's Wing we begin the steep, ledgy descent down a mostly ridgeline singletrack with a couple of steep rocky chutes. The views are outstanding but we must also keep a keen eye on the narrow trail. We then enter the top of Eagle's Tail which similarly follows mostly a benchcut along a less steep ridgeline. There are numerous sharp, narrow rock rolls along the way making for a very interesting and scenic descent.
