I love this! I’ve never felt comfortable with the idea of anger management or that there’s a problem with the emotion of anger. I could never get behind that, especially for women. There is so much to be angry for and about! This is a perspective shift that is so valuable, thank you ❤
I love your material but there is another response that is missing. Women often use passive aggressive behavior to deal with their anger. When we don't acknowledge our anger, we may use it against innocent people as the anger has to go somewhere.

Men do this too. I just cut out a male friend I had been giving the benefit of the doubt.
