Ingredients:
2 lbs chicken wing flats
2 tsp seasoned salt
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup self-rising flour
1/2 cup water ( Recommend using 1/2 cup club soda. Comes out nice and crispy)
1 tsp smoked paprika
Dry batter:
1 cup self rising flour
1 tsp seasoned salt
8 oz elbow macaroni
8 oz Velveeta cheese
4oz sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup half & half
3 tbs butter
1 tsp chicken bouillon
1 tsp onion powder
3-4 slices swiss
(middle layer)
1-1.5 cups sharp cheddar
(topping)
