300-400 hp is recommended for the seeder. The seeder does some serious deep cultivation which requires a bit of power. So 500 hp is overkill but you use what you got. :)
That's not that much weight on the front when you consider the over weight of the rig we normally send them out with 3300 kg and 1250kg rear wheel weights. You need weight on the front to aid traction particularly with dual wheels as you surface area of tread has increased so the down force has decreased. The back has to a point got part of the weight of the implement to add ballast. It's a balance between not compacting the ground too much but at the same time having the grip to put the 500hp down to the ground.

That small weight in front alone is 8 tonnes, plus the weight of the tractor, plus the dragging of the seeder, awesome machine.
Front weight is not the biggest for the 1050 it's only a 2.5 tonne one.

Nie zmienia to faktu że siewnik ma zapotrzebowanie na moc ok 300-400 km więc powinien lekko z nim chodzić, a tak nie jest ;)
