User0875 bcuz it was spot on and came with actual points and facts not just an emotional feelings there's evidence beside everything he says in this segment most of the time on his points he just goes off his emotions
@@rahulyaadavvv For just that reason, it's MY opinion. Lol. It's not as if there's literal evidence. It's a good take, and he doesn't have many of those.
I’ve gained a lot of respect for Nick Wright this week. He had to swallow a lot of pride after Mahomes lost to Brady. He has been completely honest with his assessment of Tom Brady.
It takes a lot of character to not only eat the humble pie but to bake one in honor of the person you maligned. I'm a Chiefs fan so I know how much this Super Bowl hurt Nick. But instead of making excuses and talking about what might have been, he gave credit where credit is due. Way to go, Nick. I agree, Brady and the Bucs deserve all the accolades they're getting.
I bet Nick himself can’t believe what he’s saying 😂 I think like Chiefs, he got humbled last Sunday. And went to the bathroom to cry right after the segment!!
that was an incredible monologue... excellent job Nick! and yes Brady has far exceeded anyone's expectations of him and yes he has certainly separated himself from Belichick... to be honest... Bill won't ever sniff a super bowl ever again... or even win one... Chiefs will most likely dominate the AFC and well... they have problems beating the bottle nose dolphins and a bunch of buffalos now in their division... Tom Brady is the single greatest American Sports Athlete of our time... period. It was always Tom in New England! Always!
I’ve spent days after the super bowl going through everything... you are right on so many topics. What makes Brady Brady is the trials and tribulations he’s gone through in his career. On top of that, his motivation. I hate saying this can’t be done but what he’s done won’t be done ever.
fun facts Brady was with pats 20 years He was the qb for 18 years, 2000 rookie no play, 2008 injured couldn't play 17 division titles, 13 AFC Conference games, 9 Super Bowls 6 Lombardi's.
Yes. Belichick before he came to New England was trash and still can't draft a decent WR. Brady has nothing to prove. He can win without Belichick, but can Belichick win without Brady? I'm on the camp that it was all Brady until Belichick wins another ring without him. He has more to prove now.
Nick! This has to be a format you develop for your own. So well done and against current trend where we have to see legions of talking heads do "hot takes" and fake fight each other. Very refreshing, thanks.
Nick forgets the 23 pressures on Brady during the SB vs Seattle with a better D than the Bucs. Sorry, but there is a QB that CAN win under a ton of pressure with quick subtle movement in the pocket rather than panic runs backwards.
@@ajkubar No clue. Had the Patriots DB been able to just make a few more tackles then they could have won the game easily; Butler tackles very well compared to other guys that got to play.

I feel sad for Tom Brady with every accomplishments he has had, Tom was the most dedicated soldier Belicheck ever had and now to just to push Brady away like that was the juice he needed for his 7th ring.
In Boston, most of us were afraid to let TB12 go. I was 99.99% sure it was always TB12 which was the system. Hate to say but Patriots' dynasty look over, Tampa's may be starting now as TB12 does not seem to be retiring soon n i feel like he could play for 5 more years (lol) n win 2-3 more :)
This is a great Nick Wright segment. I just recently listened to his podcast guest appearance with Dan LeBetard on his new show. It’s a glimpse into his personal life and I highly recommend it.
Not getting the extension, leading to him going to the Bucs was the best thing for Brady. They are set up to repeat. If they do, Brady's legacy will never be touched.
No doubt. However, one point Nick alluded to but did not elaborate was the following. Belichick has been pitching in the best interest of the team. The way Brady was pushed while Belichick had no capable QB tells me Belichick was not putting team interest first. Situation like Montana/Young, Favre/Rogers, absolutely. But Brady/Sit, that tell me that Belichick was thinking about proving himself other than team interest. He could have accommodated Brady’s request playing till 45, draft and groom a QB to take over in threes 3-4 years, fairytale ending for both belichick and Brady. But belichick said no, and pushed Brady out. Only thing better than the above scenario is Belichick has another year or two to build a team without Brady. Belichick is an agent for the Kraft faintly, and he needs to be checked that he is working in the best interest of the team. I am a huge pats fan for 30 years and was so sad to see the team treating Brady this way and the sad situation right now. At least 5 years to contender.
Tom Brady's personal emails were leaked by the NFL, and everyone wonders why he didnt want to give his phone to Goodell. He must be a cheater. Give me a break.
@@antoniosciarappa1453 are you saying that Todd Bowles’ ring doesn’t count? Because what I saw on Sunday was an absolutely masterpiece by him 🤷♂️. Gotta keep the same energy
This win drops Belichick for me. What has he done without Brady? Not a damn thing. And the sample size isnt small. Its like 8 years without Brady and he is like 46% without him? And Brady just won without you? Yea you dropping bro. Coaches I would put above him right now: Joe Gibbs - 3 Super Bowls with THREE different qbs and THREE different running backs in an era where running back where premium. Bill Walsh - Most West Coast Offense Bill can go here. I just cant get over the fact that in the 8 years without Brady, hes a bad coach.
Absolutely true. In 8 full seasons as head coach without Brady Belichick made only 1 playoff and had only 2 winning seasons. Including Brady's 4 game suspension in 2015, Bill's record without Brady is 62 wins, 70 losses. That's a pretty big sample size. And it's not like he didn't have good QB's. Bernie Kosar, Vinny Testaverde and Drew Bledsoe were all better than average QB's. I live in the Boston area and have seen almost every Patriots game since the early 70's. Belichick is respected by his players but he he is not liked. He is arrogant, inflexible and his people skills suck. Brady kept those teams together and made the thing work. Free agents came to play with Brady-not Belichick. Without Brady the "Patriot way" is total horseshit (as Danny Amendola just pointed out in an interview). The bottom line is that without Brady, Belichick is a losing head coach. Even more importantly, without Brady free agents don't want to come to NE. It's bad. When Matthew Stafford recently asked to be traded he specified that the Patriots were the only team he would not go to. What does that tell u. I doubt Belichick will ever get to the Super Bowl again. Given the poor quality of the current roster-no QB and the worst rated skill position players in the NFL-I can't see NE even making the playoffs in the near future. And every year they suck, Belichick's legacy will continue to diminish.
Brady had a top 10 defense every year in New England thx to belichick. This year the bucs had #6 and held kc to 9 points well below the 30+ plus they averaged
Nick doesn't want to mention that one of those chips was people crowning Patrick Mahonnes as the G.O.A.T already. Brady put that out of discussion because the Chiefs will eventually lose those players due to big contracts and who to say Tom's done with winning Superbowls and MVPS.
Colin letting nick talk about the Super Bowl right after it happened and everyone’s wanting to hear about it, just so he can come back in a week and talk about it all again lol. Gotta milk it.

Does Brady's win seperate his legacy from Bill Belichick?
NO
No
Yes by far
Can we get the GREAT Rob Parker back on this show please!
Absolutely. Anyone saying otherwise is a salty Pats fan.
Nick is a lot more tolerable when he's being humble, analytical, and cerebral.
Good segment.
Yeah, I don’t think I ever thought he couldn’t make a good point, it just always rubbed me the wrong way that he was condescending about it.
He’s unique in his approach sometimes a refreshing alternative opinion
100% in agreement. This video segment was actually sports journalism; which has been mostly replaced by fake and outrageous debates in these shows.
It was also visceral.
When he stops quoting stats he can be smart. And not a single basketball analogy.
This might be Nick's best segment. I agreed with everything he said, and usually I agree with nothing he says.
