Before Mr. Game & Watch's final smash was revealed in Brawl, I was really hoping it would be a reference to this game. I thought the scene when you lose a life, the bomb blowing up the sewer and that jingle playing, would've been very cool. Octopus is more recognizable I guess, but I couldn't help but feel a bit disappointed. Loved playing this game in Game & Watch Gallery 4 and tracked down an original unit a few years ago, probably my favorite in the series!
This one is creative, but t has the limitations of the hardware. If it could make fully random mazes, that would be better (even though that would probably create too many softlocks). Yet, it might be too basic even with random mazes. As a G&W it is pretty great though. Also congratulations on 1000 subscribers! :D
