I paid for the online course in 2020 and used for a few months and improved a lot. I wanted to access the course again but the login page is nearly impossible to find and, when I finally found it and logged into my account all of the modules were missing. It also seems that the customer support system is non-existent. Whenever I send an email, gmail tells me it couldn't be sent, and I know others are having the same issues.
Why I cant get acces to my account all the 8 modules lost 😢 . I was member since 2016. I bought new one and still cant get acces only 1 module mixing voice Even i try to contact why
Hi Aaron, I'm a little confused. I've recently started (and I actually just finished) the Superior Mix module on the Superior Singing Method Member's Area page. I bought the package back in 2020 or so. I wanted to go back to the original 8 modules to see something you did, but they are all gone, even though they've been available for the last three years or so. No matter what I do, I can't seem to find them. I tried emailing you, but Gmail reported that it was never sent even after four tries. What should I do to get the modules back? Also, the Superior Mix module is labeled as Module 1, but there is no Module 2 on the page either. Am I just misunderstanding something?

So, having had this program for years, I can say the information and exercises are good. It felt and looked scammy at first, nevertheless, the teaching and exercises are good and you’ll definitely improve your voice. It’s worth a buy.

Please somebody help, I can easily transition from my chest to head voice while practicing the exercises but I can't when I am actually using words and trying to sing I have no idea what I am doing wrong 😢
I’m definitely not the expert here, but maybe it will come with more practice? Often when I’m singing a song, I have to remind myself of a lot of the techniques, so things are smooth and especially so my vocal chords don’t blow out
