sir if we have dichotomous variable and likert variable in same questionnaire , which reliability test can be used..my sample size is 15

Test-Retest Reliability:
For Both Types: Test-retest reliability assesses the stability of measurements over time. It can be used for both Likert-type and dichotomous variables. For Likert-type variables, participants would respond to the same questionnaire twice, while for dichotomous variables, you'd calculate the agreement between responses at two different time points.
Intraclass Correlation Coefficient (ICC):
For Both Types: ICC is useful when you want to assess the reliability of measurements taken by multiple raters or on multiple occasions. It can be applied to both continuous and dichotomous data.

Hello sir, is it better to use Excel or SPSS for finding Alpha ? Are both results accurate ?

Dear Bharath, if you are known to with SPSS, then use SPSS only; otherwise, EXCEL will also serve your purpose. Both ALPHA values are accurate.
