The scale 1/4, 1/15th etc, refers to dimensional scale, not weight. That tank full size weighs 60+ tons. 1/4 scale by weight would be 15 tons. A very big engine would be required. Just love the details the model builders go to. What is the main material used on the models? Wood? Aluminum? Al is 1/3rd the weight of steel hence the 1/4 model would weigh about 5 tons. Still too heavy. Material thickness must be very thin. Thanks bunches guys and gals.
