That last part is so true. I used to be horribly insecure and if I ever took a photo of myself that I didn’t like I would delete it, so I mostly only saw pictures of myself at good angles, usually with lots of makeup on. I started forcing myself to hold onto the ones where I looked bad. Not all of them, but a lot of them. Not only did this help me get used to what I saw, but it motivated me to take better care of myself and style myself better so I could improve my actual looks, not just looks in photos. I do want to add that phone cameras distort the way you look to a degree, so if you see a really bad picture of yourself that doesn’t match what you see in the mirror or in other photos, that’s probably not what you really look like. A more accurate portrayal of what you look like in person would be pictures taken on a high quality photography camera.

That's due to a medical condition called ptosis. You should look into it. Unfortunately, there's not really much you can do to mask it, unless you get surgery to correct it.
I had the same problem and I wear eyelid glue/ tape on one side of my face to even it out. I started to draw the eyebrow of the droopy eye a bit higher and it helped sooooo much with my asymmetry.
This was needed because I look like a completely different person in the mirror and in sefies(the better way) than by how I actually look like. Thanks for the reality check :)
I really appreciate the makeup tutorial, and the fact that the lady in question ACTUALLY had asymmetrical face! I wish I could do the hair thing but i look best with a full fringe, so my hair kinda NEEDS to be split down the centre for that lol
the fact that made me insecure was that, i recently discovered that the face what i sees in the mirror isn't the face that are actually seen by the people around me. and i have an asymmetrical nose

this was a much needed video thank you sm i’ve been feeling insecure about my asymmetry and didn’t know what to do and how to feel and these were great tips i’d love to try them
I read that you should cover the “sad”/smaller part of your face with hair, because otherwise shadow will make your bigger side stand out more and bring attention to the unevenness
i think why many of us think our asymmetry is ‘ugly’ is because we look at others on social media who have perfect symmetry and get used to them, and never look at ourselves (i have a lot of aymmetry)
Hello! I love your videos so much and they've helped me A LOT 💕 I was wondering if you can make a video on how to find if I have a cool or a warm skin tone!
Tysm for this video! My lower jaw didn't grow symmetrically as it's supposed to and im still scared to undergo surgery. Im gonna try the hair tip tomorrow, pretty sure it'll help!
i just found this channel and was sad my asymmetrical face doesn't fit korean bangs but thankfully i watched the video until the end. i will try the trick!
I never really pay attention wether my face is symmetrical or not 😅 but I immediately stare into the mirror after watching this video 😂 turns out my left cheek is a bit chubbier :v but I still put my hair behind my ears on the left side because I actually like the chubby part more haha✨✨✨
Thank you for making this video! It is really helpful. 🍑 I've been overly conscious of my asymetrical face shape to the point that I'm thinking of having facial reconstruction (I have low pain tolerance so it's just a passing thought). I will start changing up my contouring method and hair style. 🤍
Hi! If my left side of the face is more lifted and has bigger features, while my right side is lopsided with smaller features, where should I part my hair or have the S bangs? Should I put it on the right or left side?
I have quite an asymmetrical face but absolutely dislike side-part. The thing is middle parting looks so much more chic and I feel like that makes your face look more symmetrical as there's a centre line to focus on.
slightly off-center can give you the exact effect and maintain your look as your hair has the same distribution and hangs around your face mostly the same way. plus you can still do a lot of chic styles like low buns! you can part it so that your "good side" is the one with less hair so that it has slightly more exposure. but at the end of the day, if you like a middle part then it's fine to just wear that :)
facial asymmetry is my biggest insecurity since suffering a minor stroke when I was a teenager. even though my face is now back to being functional it very clearly droops on one side.
i always did the side part but i tuck both sides behind my ears. its interesting how the asymmetry was instantly balanced when i untucked the hair on one side.
i really like that last message “don’t shy away from looking at yourself because the more comfortable you get w seeing how you truly look, the more you will accept everything you see”

Eyyyy side part gang gang where you at 😎🙌🏽🥳 I didn't know the long wave in the hair over the face was called S bangs. Side part with s bangs is my favorite go to hair style. It can be casual and sexy any time. I love it ❤
i have never clicked this fast
Me too 👀
Even though I'm 30 minutes late 💀
bro i love this channel so much😭instead of "fixing" your face the videos tell you ways to enhance it instead
I prefer the bigger side of my face- will I still look good if I use the tips for enhancing the smaller side to enhance my bigger side? Thank you so much for these videos!!

I've been watching like 20 videos of this chanell because it makes me learn things for realistic drawings, thanks!!
I read that you should cover the “sad”/smaller part of your face with hair, because otherwise shadow will make your bigger side stand out more and bring attention to the unevenness
I have a very bad asymmetrical face that all ppl can see my asymmetry and this video really helped me tysm😭
I love everything about this channel
i think why many of us think our asymmetry is ‘ugly’ is because we look at others on social media who have perfect symmetry and get used to them, and never look at ourselves (i have a lot of aymmetry)
does anyone have tips to reduce very chubby lower cheeks? It´s so hard to do pull off looks with a really uneven face
commenting because i have this problem as well

I never really pay attention wether my face is symmetrical or not 😅 but I immediately stare into the mirror after watching this video 😂 turns out my left cheek is a bit chubbier :v but I still put my hair behind my ears on the left side because I actually like the chubby part more haha✨✨✨
I love you peachie. Thank you so much🍪❤️❤️

me with the most assymetrical face on earth: *having middle part for most of my life* 🙃
gonna try the han so hee parting
Thank you for making this video! It is really helpful. 🍑
I've been overly conscious of my asymetrical face shape to the point that I'm thinking of having facial reconstruction (I have low pain tolerance so it's just a passing thought).
I will start changing up my contouring method and hair style. 🤍
All I can say is you’re god sent 👏🏻
The back camera always shows the assymetry 😖.
Yess
All the time I'm so insecure of it
@@makeup_treat3951 camera is not 100 accurete the mirror is
Love the new clipart during the vid:)
No criticism nor anything but it’s the left side of her face the slimmer 😊. I was confused when I watched the video. Amazing video, BTW! ❤️
4:26 Does she has UA-cam channel?? Or do you have the link of this video? The hairstyle really looks nice and gorgeous
i needed this so badly thank you so much!
This superrrr helpful! Thank you for making this!
Please make a video on how to pose with an oval assymetrical face. All the photis I take are so uglyyy. And how to pose
I always learn so much from your videos. Thank you!
This channel is my holy grail
facial asymmetry is my biggest insecurity since suffering a minor stroke when I was a teenager. even though my face is now back to being functional it very clearly droops on one side.
You are a true life saver
Ah this was really helpful
Can you do a video for hijabis? We can't really relate to the second and third tips 😢
Thank you!
I didn't understand which side of my face I should cover with my hair, the bigger side or the smaller side?
Bigger
i always did the side part but i tuck both sides behind my ears. its interesting how the asymmetry was instantly balanced when i untucked the hair on one side.
