What liquids do you use to make your kids’ smoothies, and does it change the taste of the smoothie?
It looked like she put water in it.... update: she said coconut water. Also you can put whatever liquid you want and yes if the juice is a different flavor than what your fruits are its going to taste different but that dont mean it would be nasty you can add things like milk,water,orange juice

My son LOVES, the grasshopper shakes, the mint and chocolate with oreos.. but he is pre diabetic, can you suggest anything close to that , that I can do? I try to look up recipes for good meals but he is so damn picky. Makes it hard.

I wish my baby eats this kind of different but wholesome food. He's 21 months old and is a picky eater!! Don't know how he ended up like that, I've been giving him different kinds of food ever since he's like 9 months old. I prepare different foods and end up throwing it away or eat some of it myself. But if you could try and make a video giving any suggestions about picky eaters, it'd be a great help!!
