Great to see Jay giving back to the younger generation of bodybuilders by providing his channels of communication as a platform for the upcoming talent. Personally, I look forward to seeing Martin crush Nick Walker at the O. You can tell the NYPro was utterly close. Let's gooooooooo

I started doing my adductor muscles back in 1985. It’s a good exercise but my 20 years of construction in the hot sun has made it hard to put a lot of size on my adductor muscles. But my legs do have good shape on them. So people train all leg muscles on leg day for good conditioned leg muscles this will also help you in your senior years as I’m 64 and a healthy all natural pro.

Knees over toes guy has good information on healing knees just be careful and listen to how your knees are feeling when doing his exercises. They have helped my injured knee.

Martin if you talked like this in your videos and explain why you did things, even if you were repeating yourself, you would gain so many more followers. Great job here. I wonder did JTV make you do more of that? Because I don't see a lot of it in your videos just being on us

Sorry but I don't see any pleasure in training so hard and intensely, set after set, every day. Yelling, grunt, faint... It's impossible to be able to motivate yourself that much every time. I prefer the way Jay trains now that he's retired. I don't at all envy these behemoths condemned to maximum daily intensity. Good luck anyway for your future aspirations. You have a goal and you are obviously ready to pay the price. This is commendable.
