My theory is that Regina defeating Zelena permanently stunted her powers. There's no way in hell she should be this weak. The Wicked Witch has powers that surpass the Evil Queen, and the Evil Queen was known to burn down villages in their entirety...
+iRazenrak Zelena was more powerful thanks to her magical pendant. Without it i think she's as powerful as Regina. But she was outsmarted in this episode, probably because she underestimated Mulan & Ruby. ^^'
Im pretty sure that would not kill him, its on the right side of the chest, not the left there the heart resides. granted he could die from bloodloss but that does not go as fast. And from what I understand (Im not medicly trained) there is no major vein in the shoulder.
