  • This week I am on site at a large startup that Alpha Industrial Technologies (my company) is doing the entire plant controls. It is at a good point to where I can go through and give some tips on how to manage such a large project. It will be a shorter stream, as I am trying to take advantage of the fact that I will be the only person on-site at a MASSIVE plant.

Thanks for your sharing! Has your company hired a foreign industrial engineer?

We have worked with non-us based engineers in the past, but it is limited in what they can do since we have local engineers available for on site work. We are working towards creating a way for non-residents can take part in our projects so stay tuned!
