I worked in a Grocery store in Pasadena Ca. We dealt with this type multiple times a day, almost every hour!

#1. He is absolutely not injured. His back is fine, he's moving just fine. Sitting up and moving and twisting around.
#2. His left leg that's bandaged up is just fine, if there was an injury he could not be able to move around AND rest his right leg on top of it.
#3. He most definitely DOES NOT KNOW EITHER THE FREAKING LAWS OR THE FOURTH AMENDMENT.
In my opinion if you are caught ACTIVELY COMMITTING A CRIME some of "THEIR RIGHTS" should be immediately cancelled ".
Professional Criminals AND Professional Victims" should be exempt from certain rights.
These creeps make every crime, from a traffic stop to retail theft to fraud to assault into a trip to the Hospital. They do nothing but waste EVERYONE'S TIME AND RESOURCES in order to put off Arrest AND to help another bullshit lawsuit.
Something has to change in this Country and Society AND it has to be immediately.

Imagine the amount of people a police officer has to deal with throughout their day. Why would he bother about playing mind games with this guy in particular? At the end of the day it’s just a job, and just like the rest of us he just wants to do his job and hopefully not get bored doing it.
