    Hey Tristan a good video idea would be “how to buy a used car” or something. Like showing us the steps to buying something off marketplace like checking oil etc

    Tristian, loved this educational video. Legend.
    I'd love you to have a camera crew to catch you doing this full time.
    I already knew about why we needed adjustable panhard bars because the 84-87 Civic, Crx and Integra have them.
    glad you'll be offering the VL ones on the spool up site, they look stoutly
    Wheel alignment will hopefully be minimally off.
    Excellent video 📹

      @@TURBOTRISTO Tristian I learn some stuff from your video which I'll apply when I'm installing my PHB, thank you.
      Big love!

    Back in the day, before adjustable pan hard bars existed you could get away with redrilling the mounting hole on the body to lift the panhard bar higher up in the body !!!!

    • @TURBOTRISTO
      @TURBOTRISTO  Рік тому +1

      that's a pretty cool solution for the issue, you lose exhaust clearance though

  • @andrewwian4921
    @andrewwian4921 Рік тому +1

    G'day. When turboing a VL, if you replace the exhaust with a 3 inch system, apparently you have to put an adjustable pan hard rod in also because the new exhaust hits the original pan hard rod.

    • @TURBOTRISTO
      @TURBOTRISTO  Рік тому +1

      Yes That is Also True, Most people Lower their car before they turbo it

  • @ldnwholesale8552
    @ldnwholesale8552 2 роки тому +2

    Errrr, Falcons are either leaf spring or have a Watts Link. A superior set up.
    Unless you lower your Crapadore excessivly the Panhard will not need an adjustment. Though raising the pivot point on the body will help far more than anything else. When a panhard goes through a very small arc the length does not significantly change.. Using heim joints will resolve more sideways than the rubber bushed OEM piece,, though then the brackets will break. Poly bushes are even worse.
    Yes,, I have seen it all. And raced a quick Sports Sedan with a Panhard. A Watts would have been superior but a lot more work to set up. The longer the panhard the better.
    Though the very short factory one on my 71 Ford Galaxie has about 1/8" of sideways movement in the normal arc of use. I guess Ford knew what they were doing.
