Siracha has shot up in price and they changed the recipe. Not the same as they were a couple years ago. I think during the pandemic they changed it or whenever there was that shortage and everyone was going crazy for it. There was an ingredient they couldn't get which stopped production and they ended up changing it so they could get product going again.
