Am maasai and muslim from Tanzania. I studied islam in muslim seminary school and converted officially to islam 2020. Thanks allah for islam. Although is not easy I have to fight everyone in my family to accept this and now it's fine for them and other are interested in studying Islam my dad died but he was the first to be interested in studying islam, I always cry when I remember him

As an African from Tanzania. It's only by Allah's love that I would like to advise you. It's considered disrespectful to point at anyone using a stick or any object. Those people are shy to speak, but inshallah for the near future if you are to indicate at people please use your hand and not one finger, use the palm of the hand and that is better for you inshallah.

No one cares. And Massai culture is not Tanzanian culture or "African" culture. They have their own customs so stop pretending you speak for them just because you "African" or "Tanzanian". You can see everyone pointing freely with both fingers and objects. Typical butthurt Africans complaining about everything except for real problems.

7:08 Deuteronomy is a book of the Old Testament. Jesus is not saying anything in this book it’s about Moses and the tribes of Israel.
Or when he said that there are 1,8 billion Muslims to impress them but didn’t mention that there are more Christians. He literally exploited the fact that they don’t have access to such information.
I will request Zaid one day visit our Somali and cover the whole story behind how Somali kids memorize the Quran in the Quranic schools called (Dugsi)... It will be a lesson for other Muslim countries to encourage their children to learn Quran first.

In such a society, like the rest of human societies including where im from , when you go to them to invite them to Islam, it is advisable and preferable to have a Muslim from the people of the country with you, even if he is not from the same tribe, but he is very close to them. Their acceptance of what you say will then be higher.

Not sure why some are afraid of Islam being discussed in normal convo. It's not even an in-depth dawah. I'm sure they have no problem spreading western ideas, even though that would potentially have a greater cultural impact than Islam.
