Hawkeye and Ironman literally had two fight scenes in Captain America Civil War so your not to far off to be honest but they’ve always had respect for each other so I guess that’s something and they also like each other a lot but to some extent as well kinda like Tony with every other avenger on the team especially cap probably because Cap and Hawkeye are VERY heroic and always stick up for what’s right and always do the right thing even if it can affect others in a negative way but most of the time it doesn’t where Tony has a huge ego and is self obsessed doesn’t always do the right thing and does stupid stuff sometimes like creating ultron which is probably why Captain America and Hawkeye are the two characters who butt heads the most with Tony
