🔔 Stay tuned for part 3 as we finish the crane build and lift the Tom Miner bridge into place.
Thank you for your support!
Can’t wait for part 3, I thought running 50 ton class excavators was fun but putting that 650 together in a tight spot? That looks like the kind of challenge that’s fun:)
A Bailey Bridge on Steroids!
Love all this building cranes nature and the work you guys are doing a magnificent job God bless and B SAFE!!!
Loved watching this and pt 1, thanks so much... Great job of filming and GREAT job of editing.
Glad you enjoyed it!
That was entertaining and it’s getting done, can’t wait for part three!
Thanks for the support!
I'd love to see the full build of one of these cranes. Definitely worth watching. This is a good crew. Cheers :)
Putting the crane together is bigger than some of the jobs that I’ve been
Awesome video guys yal stay safe looking forward to pt 3
Thanks!
Great videos enjoy very much be safe God bless.
I have surveyed out a few projects like this. You do your checks but you don't really sleep until everything fits
Awesome 👍🏻👍🏻
ME: There is NO way I'm watching a 30 minute video about a crane. ALSO ME: When is part 3 coming out? 🤣🤣🤣
Same with ME. Great video
Awesome!!!!!!
Wow!
Incredible
👍👍
I'm waiting
Big Boys - big Mechano.
Outstanding Performance by the operator and The Radio Crew!
Always put the pin of the shackle in the closed end of the chocker life seen them get taught and spin the pin right out……
How would you like to be on the crew who had to edit all of this footage?
Thirteen years with ALL in Cleveland, and I was the newbie, and still don't know alot.
Too old to care, retired.
MLC300 · Max capacity 386USt 350t · Fixed jib length 137.8ft 42m · Luffing jib length 315ft 96m · Main boom length lattice 334.6ft 101m.
👍
I would guess a crane like this is much less expensive than the ones that assemble thremselves.
Will this be a single span bridge? What is the length and height of the trusses laying on the ground? .... I see my answer to my "single span" question at the very end of this part 2. LOL
Hello fabulous video . Would you please answer me , after completing the crane build is it necessary to have it sign off by a Engineer ? Or is it the responsibility of the Head foreman and crane operator ? Once assembled does the Rigging crew stay on with the build of the bridge or move on to another crane erection ?
👍👍Al Gorithm comment👍👍
How much does the bridge weight and how big is the crane?
Mrs Richards: "I paid for a room with a view !"
Basil: (pointing to the lovely view) "That is Torquay, Madam ."
Mrs Richards: "It's not good enough!"
Basil: "May I ask what you were expecting to see out of a Torquay hotel bedroom window ? Sydney Opera House, perhaps? the Hanging Gardens of Babylon? Herds of wildebeest sweeping majestically across the plains?..."
Mrs Richards: "Don't be silly! I expect to be able to see the sea!"
Basil: "You can see the sea, it's over there between the land and the sky."
Mrs Richards: "I'm not satisfied. But I shall stay. But I expect a reduction."
Basil: "Why?! Because Krakatoa's not erupting at the moment ?"
some kids don't know what they are talking about, I am not going to explain, if you know, you know.
Crane question: sometimes I see cranes that have two sets of hooks and wires for lifting - what's that about? What's the difference between the two? Love the videos so far
Some cranes have a main hook for heavier lifting , and an auxiliary for lighter loads. The latter beeing often faster... more flexible, more efficient.
It never gets old watching this.
Big boys effector set.
It’d be interesting to hear some of the backstories of the guys on the job, how long they’ve been doing what they do. Jack seems to be a younger crane operator like myself so wondering if this is his first time assembling a large crawler and what his experience was like with the assembly team. Same for the other guys, definitely isn’t their first rodeo and seemed very enthusiastic about helping Jack. Not many guys will throw tips at you in the field like that, most of them around me in the north east will wait until you bang into something to tell you about watching the block and not the load. Great video as always and I can’t wait until the next one!
It's gonna take 50 tractor trailers of parts just to put the Big Crane together----LOL. THEN, we can start on the Bridge.
Nice piece of work, No Drama!! No one out of position. Ray
This is awesome content... Keep it coming!
man, that red line at the bottom of the thumbnail, made me think I already watched the video. then I noticed that It was posted just few hours ago.
Thanks for the heads up. Didn't think about that!
@@CraneCrewUSA happy to help one of the best creators out there.
Great advice about watching the block and not the load.
Using big cranes to build giant cranes. Cool !!
Very good.
When the whole crew works this well together it's like butter..
That’s like anything. Including working cattle/livestock. Patience Good equipment.
Can't wait for part 3
choking a sling with a shackle is tragedy waiting to happen. unless the screw pin on the shackle has a safety pin. ☠️
the sling can unscrew the pin , "nice n easy" ask Murphy.
I’m a subscriber, why do I only get shorts, not the full video?
Go to the subscribe button on one of our videos and click the down arrow next to it and make sure it's on 'All' instead of personalized. Then you should be notified of all videos we put out. Let us know if that doesn't work. Part 3 should be out later next week!
Really enjoy the videos. As someone in construction I really appreciate the operator skill and amazing communication. There’s a lot of skipped segments I’d personally love to see. I’d really like to see the whole process from start to finish. If you are willing to put it out for us.
Thanks 👍
Also, the whole process from start to finish would be several long videos since those guys are out there 10-12+ hours a day. We try not to skip too much but some stuff gets kind of repetitive.
👍👍
