nice video. I feel like i am in the tour group enjoying all the fantastic foods.
Thank you for watching 🙏
Thank you Uncle for the yellow subtitle. Easy to read now. 👍
Hi, Uncle Lee, I truly must congratulate you on your exceptional quality of this Hatyai video. I will return multiple times to watch this video as it has set a new exemptional benchmark for me among any Thailand /Hatyai videos. There's a lot of things in this video which has not been captured before, although they're common things done by Malaysians. Like the temple visits, has never been captured in this way which is accessible for "banana" like me 😀. All the Lee Garden restaurants you featured is exactly what I want to see, as I've always passed these restaurants since childhood, but never tried them. The Songkhla seaside segment, is so nostalgic, and just perfect! Thank you again for this exceptional video Uncle Lee. 😊. Next visit to Hatyai will be so much fun with your video. 👍
Thank you for your words of encouragement. Appreciate it very much. I am happy to hear that you find this video informative and helpful.
Thank you for watching and supporting our work and effort. 🙏
Ist time chance on your video. Good presentation of your trip to Hatyai tours. Thanks for your wonderful sharing! 👍👏
Thank you for watching
Good information and good subtitle. Thank you.
Thank you for your Information I live in California I used to be a Malaysian Born in ipoh. Your video clip is very useful.
Thank you again 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
You are very welcome and thanks for watching
Thanks for visiting Hatyai my hometown, home of delicious foods, Kobe kun krub 🙏🙏

Very well presented
Uncle Lee, thank you for sharing and congratulation for a good presentation. I must say that on Day 3 , you had missed the famous stewed pork leg rice at Ching Jie. Pig innard soup here is good no doubt, but they are well known for stewed pork leg with braised eggs etc. Try it next time, when you visit Hatyai again.
Thanks for the tip.. will certainly try it on next trip. 👍
Adel, is Ching Jie the restaurant or street name please. Thanks

Thank you Uncle Lee for the Hatyai tour!
Thank you for watching
Thank you Uncle Lee. I really enjoy watching your videos, especially the good food! One day I hope to visit Malaysia when my wife and I visit her family in Jakarta. I am a US born Chinese with parents originally from China, then Hong Kong. I can only understand about a quarter of what you say in Cantonese but I am learning.
Thank you for watching my videos. I hope the English subtitles help you to understand more of what’s we are talking about. I can speak Cantonese but cannot read/write in Chinese… and my Mandarin is half past 6 too.
Have a good day!
Welcome to Malaysia
Best if could use Mandarin or English. Can't understand Cantonese maybe can try using Taiwanese minan dialect also.
@@choonhockong8215 I am sorry.. my Mandarin is half past six. And Ah Fatt, Ah Leng and lady boss English is also half past six.. so our common language is only Cantonese.
@@UncleLeeAdventures Thks. Understand most Malaysians speak Cantonese nowadays. If possible got subtitle in English. Would like to visit Southern Thailand for short break.
All the fd so far vyummy
All very good especially the roast piglet! Still drooling thinking about it 🤤

Hi Uncle Lee. I'm from Australia enjoying your video trip from KL to Hatyai/Songkla.. Very informative for anyone to take the same tour as you have, also provided the contact details. Well done Uncle Lee 👍🤩
Thank you for watching 🙏
I truly enjoyed watching your UA-cam presentation “Bus Tour Hatyai & Songkla”. I have never been to these places even though I was born in Thailand (I am Cantonese, born in Bangkok, Thailand). Thanks for sharing your tour experiences with us.

Asia is a very interesting region with so much diversity - hundreds of languages, food, culture, religions, believes, etc. I hope this video did give you a glimpse of what’s out there and you can then decide where to / not to vacation.
Appreciate your feedback. Thank you for watching 👍🙏
really enjoy watching almost all your videos in cantonese. local and overseas...im your fans now and support you all the way. hope there is one day can follow your tour to somewhere local or overseas...thank you...

Brother Fai of Kin Ryu Tei will occasionally organize trips for us.
You can dine at his Japanese restaurant in Subang Jaya and get to know him. Many of his regular customers join the trips. If you get to know him well enough, he may invite you to join as well.
We just got back from an awesome trip to Shantou and Chaozhou where my stomach did not have a chance to be empty! There were more than 70+ pax for this trip.

Thanks for watching.
So glad to have come across your UT site today. Saw your Penang trip 1st and I was hooked. Also happy to hear it in Cantonese 👍🙏
Thank you for watching 🙏
Hi Uncle Lee. I'm from KL too. The roast pork (piglet) looks so mouth watering 😋. Definitely will try this when visiting Hatyai.
Please do try that.. it’s very very nice! No kidding.. I am still thinking about it now 🤤
The shop has been operating in the same spot for the past 50 years!
Uncle Lee - I really enjoy your videos because it's in Cantonese/English which is a RARE combination. You give me 100X more reasons to want to visit Malaysia! Keep them coming!
KL and Perak it’s usually Cantonese..so a lot of Cantonese speakers in this central region of Peninsula Malaysia.
Our education system is pretty screwed up, as such many youngsters are not proficient in the English language which is pretty sad. But in West coast of Peninsular Malaysia, English is widely understood and spoken (East side you may have some problems with English/Cantonese/Mandarin).
Do come and visit Malaysia.. it’s a lovely country. Thanks for watching!
我都很喜欢去泰国旅游。

Where is the piglet street near which hotel w/in walkg distance?
Just outside Regency Hotel… just steps away.

The restaurant u ate lunch 1160 bahts, I ate there b4, business mainly for tourists, the prices more expensive than KL. The seafood buffet with claypot is it Rin Nam Seafood buffet?
I don’t know the name of the seafood buffet as I cannot read Thai, but according to viewer here, it’s Rin Nam.
As to the 1160 Baht restaurant, yes lots of tourists as it’s right in the tourist area of town. Will certainly think twice whether will want to eat there again since prices are more expensive.
Thanks for watching 🙏
v nice video and fun to watch! wat camera uncle using so sharp.
Thanks for watching. I used Canon EOS M50 first generation camera for most shots. Some are done with iPhone 13. M50 already getting obsolete now and likely to be replaced by Canon R7.
Alhamdulillah
The. Visitors. Are. Too. Greddy. So. Are. U thoughtful. Of. Them. Make. Me. Nauseous.
Honestly, I was shocked too.. but I have learned not to judge. There are bad people, there are good people. Cops, robbers. Bosses, workers. Teachers, students. Performers, spectators. Drivers, passengers.. etc.
It is this diversity in the world that makes the world so interesting. 😀
we went 16/9..
crazy long distance queue, takes us 18hrs to reach hatyai, return 17hrs..
bear in mind, do not use bus to go on peak season/public holidays..
Going on public holidays are crazy anywhere in Malaysia now.. roads chocked to the max! I went to this Hatyai trip during the Haji holiday and the return trip took 17 hours…. That’s why I didn’t want to drive as I don’t have stamina for long distance driving these days… so happy when found out that I can join a tour and get someone else to drive me there comfortably and cheaply… flying during peak holiday would be very expensive too.
Hope you enjoyed the trip though and thanks for watching 🙏
@@UncleLeeAdventures indeed..bcos of your sharing we went...you guy having chicken rice around 8to 9am...whereby we ve our chicken rice around 2pm..different shop & run out of chicken...

The best roasted pork knuckle is served in Bon Khao restaurant. You can also enjoy your meal with cold beer and view hatyai from top of the hill. Not sure if it is still open after the pandemic.

Malaysia is famous for chicken rice. Why do you go to Thailand for that?
Yes, Malaysia’s chicken rice is good.. we weee on our way to Hatyai and right after border crossing in the morning, people are hungry. So most tour groups will stop for breakfast before continuing on to Hatyai.
Thunglung is right in between border and Hatyai and a convenient stop for breakfast.. however, I must say the chicken rice at Thunglung is pretty good.. it’s Hainanese style chicken rice.
