Some of the best dialogue was between Will and Bedelia. While they were most definitely the closest to Hannibal they had much respect for one another yet at the same time truly detested each other deeply.
someone pointed out that when will says “i put my hand on his shoulder for authenticity” he mirrors Chilton and since then i cant stop think about it. Before knowing that I remember thinking this delivery was different, now that i know whats the difference its so obvious that he really is mirroring chilton, so smart and so wild. Also they way he says no to “do you have to wonder” is just so dark, he is so william lecter here

English is my first and only language, and I had the subtitles on almost the entire time. 😅 Initially it was to help me catch some of Hannibal’s lines, which were tricky in moments when Mads’ accent was particularly thick, but they turned out to be quite useful across the board.
Bedelia is more philosophical than conversational. She prefers quick quotes that change the course of the conversation. She masks her social queues by changing her voice.
Yeah, will does that with everyone. He can't control it, it's one of his habbits. He mirrors lots of people in the show while talking with them. It's also mentioned in the book.
I cant say i am surprised line,, was done in a smart way. It had two different meanings one of it was for the sake of being recorderd by her. By saying it with a delay,, i cant say i was, i am surprised
