Hi Julia, I've been in London, so just catching up with your videos. I totally get what you mean about the covers of books, it's good to have the mystery of what the characters are like.
Thankful for your book recommendations!! I buy or borrow from my library most based on your recommendation alone. Ie...The Fourth Wing and now Divine Rivals. Grateful for you❣️
I totally judge books by their covers. I enjoy a wide range of genres which is great because it makes reading more adaptable. I really enjoy reading recommendations from others, I have read quite a few that you have mentioned on either of your channels
Thank you for your book recommendations, Julia😊I normally never read thrillers, but I read Verity and Penpal which you enjoyed. These books were so interesting, scary and kept me on edge! I couldn’t stop reading😁Maybe you read some other similar thrillers which you liked?
I never read a book twice either-it wouldn't have the same effect as the first read. Your book review vlogs are so much fun and it is a great way to introduce other genres I might not have considered before!!🤔Thank-you Julia!!📔📚💜
Love your book channel, Julia! I think the first book I ever read that had a lasting impact on me was She’s Come Undone by Wally Lamb. I loved it because the main character was basically me as a child and I identified with her so much. What book has left a lasting impact on you and why? ❤️❤️
I only annotate a book if I feel in the studious mood for it 😂 also only paperback, if I’m on my kindle I just fly through it. Personally I just like to highlight quotes and scenery/character descriptions that stand out!
@@juliajeann I've been thinking about doing one ever since watching your video a while back where you annotated a book for your frienc.nust wasn't sure where to start.
Amazon might still have covers for books. Lots of folks don’t want others to know what they’re reading i.e. in airports and on planes. I love to read on a plane.
Very much enjoyed this blog Julia. It appears you & I have very similar taste in books. You introduced me to what are now among my fav series…. Blood and Ash & Fourth Wing. Thankyou so much and yes I would love a follow up similar blog!! 😘
Trouble is i'm never in the mood to read a book . Get it from my parents . Mother didn't read books and father was illiterate .Oh he faked reading the newspaper but he wasn't fooling me .Meanwhile i was a top student in my highschool english courses
What other book related questions do you all have?! thank you for watching! 😀

What book characters do you relate to most? ❤
What book character do hate and don’t like at all? ❤

100% with you on the pictures on front covers of books! You want to make your own mind up on characters 🙌

This was so cute and fun! Loved your answer to the "people on covers" question. I may have the icks too especially if it was a dude LOL

You have done a awesome 🤩 Job! Keep up with the work!
Thank you!! ☺️
What are some of the other book channels you watch? I need some recommendations.
Have you read The Couple in the Cabin?
Lol you got me to drink some water with you. 😂 book related question...how often do you annotate a book and what is your process about doing that?

I’m reading “The Collected Regrets of Clover” on your recommendation. Absolutely loving it! And it’s an Aussie author, yay!
Just finished it, what a fabulous love story!
Pretty nice job, Julia!❤❤
Hi Julia love the book videos im the one who told you because if you joined the library you inspired me thankyiu 😊😊
Awww how sweet! That makes me happy to hear 📚
Thank you!
Thank you as always for your support!
I don't like people on the covers either !!!!
Prior to Good Reads, how did you keep track of books you read or wanted to read?
Honestly I didn’t 😂 I would pick out random books at the airport I saw and that looked intriguing to me.
I rarely read a book again for the same reason you mentioned; there are so many more books I haven't read!
EXACTLY!! There’s way too many other ones out there lol
,💜✨
Amazon might still have covers for books. Lots of folks don’t want others to know what they’re reading i.e. in airports and on planes. I love to read on a plane.
Hahaha exactly! I have noticed many authors are coming out with more discreet covers which I love!

Great vlog as always, Julia.
I love your necklace. Where did you get it?
Honestly I’m not sure! Lol Eric got it for me years ago for my birthday, thank you though ☺️
Nice video
Thank you ☺️
give me the first edition cover of On The Road (Jack Kerouac), now that's how you do a book cover!
Trouble is i'm never in the mood to read a book . Get it from my parents . Mother didn't read books and father was illiterate .Oh he faked reading the newspaper but he wasn't fooling me .Meanwhile i was a top student in my highschool english courses
Curious what’s Eric’s occupation? Is he interested in flying
Hahaha he works in the the tech industry in software design! He is not interested in every flying career wise but he does enjoy traveling for leisure
