    It works for ADHD child to sleep n mind calm. White noise n rain sound struggled me a lot. This is very helpful

      All above answers are misleading. This is a music. Music has multiple frequencies. 30hz frequency would sound heavier than largest drum's beat. The other answer 1kHz would sound like a man humming at middle throat frequency.
      Those music videos that are touting frequencies are perhaps saying they include a particular frequency, which they think would induce sleep. Continuously playing a single frequency will be like you have held down a synthesizer key or a piano key. It would soon become a noise and will not stay a music.

    I have an urgent question. Earlier, when I used to play 30 minutes sleep video, l would always be woken up by loud advertisements at the end of the video. This time, I selected 11 hours video, but the video played for much less time. Since I was asleep, I don't know when it went off.
    In the morning, to my surprise, I found this video specifies it is only of 30 minutes length. I don't understand what happened. How did 11 hours video convert to a 30-minute video. Is it a UA-cam trick. Or is it some setting. Or did I start a different video at the night and a different video now shows on screen.
    I am perplexed. Please help. Since I will again need a video tonight.
    I don't have history of youtube video turned on, so please don't ask me to check history.

      I recommend listen to It with earphones, in down volume.
      Making deep and slowly breaths.
      Trying to concéntrate only in the music, no more.

      It is sad the creator of video didn't respond.
      Listen to the music at middle volume such that it is loud but not loud enough that you can't hear others or any sound made in the room.
      Please become more soft in your life. Temper your expectations from life and make them realistic. Overcome past issues by solving what remains of them or ignoring them. Do not get obsessed with pending issues of life.
      Be at peace.
      Then such music will exert its effect, if you would still need it for sleep at all.
